Is love in the air? On Oct. 5, Peso Pluma and Nicki Nicole performed their collaboration “Por Las Noches – Remix” during the 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards. One of the performance’s most buzzed-about moments? The rumored couple walked off stage together holding hands.
The unofficial lovebirds sang the lovelorn track together decked in all-white outfits. The performance started with a red-hued hazy setting as Peso Pluma performed his verse. Nicki Nicole joined the Mexican crooner as they sang the romantic track about missing an old lover. Before the Argentinean singer continued her verse, La Doble P took her hand to help her on stage, and said, “With all of you, the beautiful Nicki Nicole.”
During the performance, the duet emotionally sang the track to one another. The two looked at each other with huge smiles on their faces as they finished the song. At the end of the performance, the Mexican singer hugged Nicki and seemingly giving her a kiss on the forehead. The two continued to grin at each other before walking off stage holding hands.
Though their romance is currently unconfirmed, the two artists have given their fans a lot to gush over. The duo have been seen publicly together attending a soccer game and visiting Disneyland. Eagle-eyed social media users have also noticed that Peso Pluma routinely comments on her Instagram photos. Moreover, in a recent red-carpet interview, Peso Pluma even confirmed he has a girlfriend. However, the couple has yet to make a hard launch of their supposed romance.
Peso Pluma was the most nominated artist with a total of 21 nods at the Billboard Latin Music Awards tonight (Oct. 5). The Mexican artist took eight awards home, including Artist of the Year, New; Regional Mexican Artist of the Year, Solo; and Songwriter of the Year. His hit collaboration “Ella Baila Sola” with Eslabon Armado earned him awards in categories like Hot Latin Song of the Year and Streaming Song of the Year.
