Bad Bunny Pays Tribute to Kobe Bryant During L.A. Concert

Not only did Bad Bunny bring his fans in Los Angeles to their feet Thursday night (February 24) with his performance, but he also had them cheering for his choice in fashion.

During his El Último Tour del Mundo, Bad Bunny, this time without the WWE’s Undertaker in attendance, took the stage at the Crypto.com Arena wearing a No. 24 Kobe Bryant jersey in honor of the late Los Angeles Lakers superstar.

He also wore a purple and gold puffer jacket and purple pants. There were no outfit changes either. Bad Bunny stayed in his Lakers gear for the entire concert.

“I will always say this … nothing compares to our nights in L.A.,” he said during the concert. “There’s nothing like being here and having you all this close. I want to take advantage of this moment to thank you for supporting me – from the bottom of my heart.”

During the concert, Bad Bunny, who arrived at the show atop a big rig, performed “Estoy en mi peak (I’m at my peak)” and “Booker T,” along with songs from his 2020 album, El Último Tour del Mundo, like “Yo Visto Así,” “Maldita Pobreza” and “La Noche de Anoche.” When it was released, Remezcla called the album “the most experimental, risky and daring narrative of his career.”

“Believe in your dreams and respect them, even if no one else will,” Bad Bunny told the crowd. “Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I was a little kid from Puerto Rico who was a dreamer and look at where I’m at now.”
