Vive Latino 2027 Lineup: Mötley Crüe, Turnstile, and Residente to Headline

The Vive Latino festival is set to celebrate its 27th edition with a massive, genre-defying lineup. The highly anticipated event will feature the return of the Mexican rock band Zurdok alongside international heavyweights such as Mötley Crüe, Turnstile, and Residente. These artists, among others like Milo J, Placebo, Latin Mafia, and Los Auténticos Decadentes, will take the stage on March 13 and 14 at the Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, as confirmed by promoter Ocesa.

The eclectic roster includes over 50 acts spanning both Spanish and English, showcasing the festival’s commitment to musical diversity. Notable performers include Los Tres, Paloma Murphy, La Santa Cecilia, Carla Morrison, Ed Maverick, Kasabian, Bacilos, Attaque 77, Mi Banda El Mexicano, Polymarchs, Andrés Cepeda, Amandititita, and veteran Argentine rocker Laureano Brizuela. The lineup is further bolstered by appearances from Adanowsky, Ozomatli, Ximena Sariñana, Skatalites, Cuca, Cultura Profética, Inspector, and La Gusana Ciega.

For the fourth consecutive year, a partnership with Amazon Music will ensure that performances from Mexico’s longest-running music festival are streamed live for global audiences in uninterrupted broadcasts.

A Legacy of Musical Innovation

Since its inception in 1998, the Ibero-American Festival of Musical Culture—affectionately known as “El Vive”—has built a reputation for challenging industry expectations. It was a pioneer in integrating pop, reggaeton, cumbia, and regional Mexican music into a rock-centric environment. The festival has hosted four-day editions, incorporated English-language bands into the heart of the rock en español movement, and even expanded its footprint to Spain.

The festival debuted on November 28-29, 1998, at the venue then known as the Foro Sol. With the exception of 1999, 2002, and the 2021 hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has remained a staple of the Latin American music calendar. Fans can look forward to another historic weekend as the festival continues its tradition of bringing together the most influential voices in music.
