Another week jam-packed full of goings on in the busy world of fashion. Over in Antwerp, fashion museum MoMu is gearing up for its grand reopening, after being closed since 2018 for major refurbishment. To celebrate, chic billboards by Raf Simons, Marine Serre, Walter Van Beirendonck, and more are set to crop up all over the city.
Back in the UK, a new report by Fashion Roundtable has revealed that (shock horror!) discrimination still exists in the fashion industry with 68 per cent of respondents having experienced or witnessed it. Similarly, former model Halima Aden has opened up about how “exploitative” fashion is and the events that made her leave in a new interview with Tommy Hilfiger. Finally, for everyone who has been keeping up to date with the ongoing Versace vs Fashion Nova legal battle, it’s now come to an end right before the trial was due to start.
