Purple Disco Machine Links Up with Nile Rogers and Benjamin Ingrosso on Super-Collab “Honey Boy”

Super-collab incoming! Purple Disco Machine joins forces with none other than Nile Rogers, Benjamin Ingrosso, and rising artist Shenseea on his newest single, “Honey Boy.”

Visuals aside, the track is full of bright, funky instrumentation, and vibrant vocal lines that make you want to get up and dance. Benjamin sent the track to me late last year and I was immediately intrigued by its hook, infectious melody and overall funky vibes. I just couldn’t wait to really upgrade and highlight the disco and funk sensibilities of this one. Shenseea’s voice just fits the song perfectly and really complements Benjamin’s amazing vocal performance. Obviously with an artist name like mine it is pretty easy to guess that Nile Rodgers is one of my all-time heroes and someone I always dreamed of working with. Legend doesn’t really cover it! I reached out to his team and was just so thrilled when his guitar lines came back. It’s the perfect match to this track and I could not be prouder to have my name with his on the artist credits.
