Jasper Tygner Shares Melodic Dance Track “Eyes” Ahead of Upcoming EP

After recently signing with the Ninja Tune imprint, Technicolour, Jasper Tygner has been in full preparation mode for his upcoming EP release, Things To Come. Before we receive the full body of work this July, Jasper shares his second single from the EP, melodic dance tune, “Eyes.”

The rising producer increases our interest with every new release, showcasing his signature style and knack for danceable production. Jasper utilizes a catchy vocal hook to craft “Eyes” around, opting for spacious verse sections and a syncopated drop. He leaves just enough room around the melodies to shine a proper light on them, but also manipulates them into rhythmic elements at the perfect moments.

Jasper commented on the process behind writing his upcoming EP, sharing:

Rather than focusing on samples as much as I have done previously, I worked with a few different vocalists for this project writing original songs. It’s totally changed the way I make music. Not just being collaborative on the EP but working with people to enhance your own sound. It was a really rewarding process and everyone brought something different and exciting to the EP.
