April showers bring May flowers—including those that take place on the runway. This week, Mugler showed their spring 2021 collection, which included actor and model Hunter Schafer getting drenched on the catwalk. It reminded us of Junya Watanabe’s spring 2000 show, which also had models walk through water. ‘Tis the season! 

In other fashion news, Erdem has collaborated with the inclusive clothing brand Universal Standard on a denim capsule collection that runs from sizes 00 to 40. Also, the LVMH Prize announced its 20 semi-finalists for the prestigious design award for 2021. Nominees include Christopher John Rogers and Charles de Vilmorin, the newly-appointed creative director of Rochas. 

As America eases back into warm weather (and, hopefully, re-emergence) street style is back with a vengeance. In New York’s parks, photographer Melodie Jeng captured some of the most chic Brooklynites on a warm Saturday. But it was Diane Keaton who really was the best dressed. While filming a movie in Palm Springs, she was spotted in thigh-high snakeskin boots, rocking them better than any starlet could hope.
