Gigi Hadid’s Knit Robe Is The Coolest and Coziest New Mom Look

Gigi Hadid shared quite a heavenly image of herself and her new baby last night. In the sun-soaked photo, the new mom, who welcomed her first child with Zayn Mailk back in September, wore a sumptuously cozy look with her little one strapped to her chest. It’s the first photo Hadid has posted of herself and her little one, and for the occasion, Hadid chose a black beanie that read “Vote” and a turquoise sweatshirt and sweatpant set. But it was her outerwear, a knit, oatmeal-colored robe that wrapped around Hadid and her newborn, that stood out. There was an adorable pop of contrast, too, as Hadid’s baby was tucked into a leopard print carrier. Call it a match made in heaven. She captioned the picture with: “A whole new kind of busy & tired ️ but she’s da bestie so she got Christmas decorations early ” (The latter half of the caption references Hadid’s beautifully blinding Christmas tree, chock full of lights and ornaments, that she also shared on Instagram).  

Though this was the first photo Hadid has posted to Instagram of herself and her baby, the model has a knack for glowing mommy-and-me photos. A few months ago, while still pregnant and showing off her baby bump, she debuted an epic maternity look that was so precious, it felt plucked out of a painting. In another instance this summer, she let her bump catch some rays in a crop top and bucket hat. We think we’ll be seeing some more heart-warming outfits coming from the model and her little one.
