Feid Is Joining the Marvel Universe — Here’s What We Know

With Bad Bunny’s involvement with El Muerto still up in the air, it appears that Feid will step in as Marvel’s next Latino superhero. Last night (September 25), the rising Colombian star announced that he is joining the Marvel universe.

Since the release of Feliz Cumpleaños Ferxxo Te Pirateamos El Álbum last year, Feid has become one of Latine music’s biggest breakout stars. For a year now, he has consistently ranked among Spotify’s 10 most-streamed artists globally. He sits behind Bad Bunny, Peso Pluma, and Karol G; the latter being rumored to be his partner.

Now Feid will be taking his career to the next level with Marvel.

Feid sprung the Marvel news on his fans unexpectedly.

Over on Instagram, he posted a comic book cover featuring an illustrated version of himself. In his superhero mode, Feid continues to rock his signature color green with a microphone in hand. His trademark is a pair of white Oakley sunglasses with his nickname “Ferxxo” written across the lenses.

“MOR, something is happening in the Marvel Universe!” Feid wrote in Spanish. “You didn’t expect this little preview but I’m sure you’re going to think it’s very chimba. Coming Soon.”

Some more easter eggs in Feid’s comic book cover include the monster truck from his Ferxxo Nitro Jam Underground Tour. After visiting Latin America, the U.S., and Europe,  that sold-out world tour wrapped up last summer. The animated ghost appears to be the same one from the artwork on his next album Mor, No Le Temas A La Oscuridad, which will be released on September 29.

Though there aren’t more details at the moment on Feid’s involvement with Marvel, his fans are already excited about the collaboration. “Marvel will collaborate with Feid, two things I like the most together,” wrote one person on X in Spanish. With an exploding head emoji, another person added, “Marvel x Feid??? Oh my.”

Maybe Feid will speak more about the Marvel collaboration when he appears on Amazon Music Live this week. AML streams on Prime Video and the Amazon Music Twitch channel on Thursdays at 9 p.m. PST.
