Christina Aguilera, John Legend, Camilo & More Set to Perform at 2022 Latin Grammys

More Latine superstars are confirmed to perform at the 2022 Latin Grammy Awards. In an announcement released today (Nov. 1), Christina Aguilera, John Legend, Camilo, and a few more acts have been added to the line-up.

Aguilera is one of the most-nominated artists of the year, boasting seven nominations. She is up for Song and Record of the Year for her girl power anthem “Pa Mis Muchachas” alongside Becky G, Nicki Nicole, and Nathy Peluso. Aguilera performed the song for the first time at last year’s awards ceremony. Her second Spanish-language LP, Aguilera, is nominated for Album of the Year.

Camilo was the most-nominated artist at last year’s Latin Grammy Awards with 10 nominations. This year, the Colombian pop star received six. In Sept., Camilo released his latest album De Adentro Pa Afuera, which featured artists like Camila Cabello, Myke Towers, and Grupo Firme.

Nodal, for his part, received three Latin Grammy nominations this year. The Mexican singer has been nominated twice for Best Regional Mexican Song. One of those nominations include his duet “Cuando Me Dé la Gana” with Aguilera. Nodal’s EP 1# Forajido is up for Best Ranchero/Mariachi Album. Last month, Nodal sold-out the Crypto.com Arena in L.A. by himself.

Other acts confirmed to perform are Elvis Costello, Jorge Drexler, John Legend, and Mariachi Sol de México de José Hernández. Previously announced artists include Ángela Aguilar, Marc Anthony, Carin León, and Nicky Jam. The first round of performers announced were Rauw Alejandro, Sebastián Yatra, Jesse & Joy, and Chiquis. Marco Antonio Solís, who is also confirmed to perform, will be honored as the Latin Recording Academy’s Person of the Year. 

Bad Bunny is the most-nominated artist of the year with 10 nominations. With all this talent, the 2022 Latin Grammy’s are shaping up to become an unforgettable night. You can catch all these performers on the telecast airing on Univision on Nov. 17, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. CT).
