Carlos Vives, Rosalía, Los Bukis & More Added to Perform at 2022 Latin Grammys

Following the announcement of Christina Aguilera, John Legend, and Camilo being part of the performers roster, the Latin Recording Academy announced today (Nov. 11) more stars that will take the stage at the 2022 Latin Grammy Awards. Los Bukis, Rosalía, Carlos Vives, and Silvana Estrada are part of these new additions.

The iconic Mexican group Los Bukis – who recently made history as the most attended Latine stadium tour in the U.S. and is retiring soon — is now set to perform. Coincidentally, the lead singer, Marco Antonio Solís, is also being recognized this year as the Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year.

Rosalía, who is nominated in eight categories this year – including Record of the Year and Album of the Year – was also unveiled as part of the talent roster. Vives, who is nominated this year in five categories – including Record of the Year and Song of the Year – is also set to perform. The emerging artist Silvana Estrada is also taking on the stage; she is up for Best New Artist and Singer-Songwriter Album.

Other performing acts announced today include Gente de Zona, nominated for Best Contemporary Tropical Album; Aymée Nuviola, nominated for Best Traditional Tropical Album; and Nicole Zignago, up for Best New Artist. Past Latin Grammy winners Goyo and Julio Reyes Copello are also set to perform.

The first round of performers unveiled included Rauw Alejandro, Sebastián Yatra, Chiquis, and Jesse & Joy. The second wave included Ángela Aguilar, Marc Anthony, and Banda Los Recoditos, to name a few.

All multi-genre artists will showcase their talent this year via Univision on Nov. 17, 2022, at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. CT). The 2022 Latin Grammy Awards will be broadcasted live from the Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, NV.
