Cardi B Threatens Lawsuit for Photo & Audio of Offset Allegedly Cheating

Regarding rumors that her husband has been unfaithful, Cardi B isn’t playing around. The “Jealousy” rapper didn’t find it amusing when someone on social media recently posted a photo and audio file of what was allegedly proof of Offset cheating.

Cardi B responded in a since-deleted post that the internet user who posted should prepare to receive a letter from Offet’s lawyer. “All these little games that you guys want to play online, it’s going to be over with,” she said. “You’re going to be getting sued, and we’re going to make an example out of you. Yeah, and that was a terrible AI voice, by the way.”

The post, which is still up but has been flagged for copyright infringement, was made by user @ayywalker, apparently, a fan of Nicki Minaj based on their social media posts. “Offset has allegedly cheated on Cardi B once again,” the user wrote. “How embarrassing.”

According to Complex, @ayywalker posted a voice message from “someone trying to set up a meeting with a woman” and a photo that seemingly showed Offset cheating. Most people who heard the audio believed it was created with AI. The picture, too, was said to look fake since the person in the image didn’t have the same body type or hair as Offset.

After the photo and audio file were disabled, @ayywalker posted again about his content getting removed. “Cardi just copyrighted my tweet,” the user posted. “B—h you mad at me when you need to be mad at the n—a that’s CHEATING ON YOU!!”

Earlier this summer, allegations that Cardi B cheated on her husband spread across social media after Offset made the accusations himself on Instagram. Cardi B blasted Offset soon after. “Stop acting stupid,” she said. “Stop playin’. Get the f—k outta here, n—a. You can’t be serious.”
