Bizarrap Teases Upcoming “Music Sessions” – Fans Speculate Who the Featured Artists Is
Bizarrap has become one of the year’s breakthrough artists thanks to “BZRP Music Sessions #53” with Shakira. Last night (Mar. 20), the Argentine producer started teasing the next song he’s working on.
In 2019, Bizarrap started releasing “Music Sessions” on YouTube from his home studio. The project started going viral in 2021 after Nathy Peluso’s “Sessions #36” became his first big hit. In 2021, Bizarrap was nominated for Producer of the Year at the Latin Grammy Awards. He was also nominated for Best Rap/Hip-Hop Song for another one of his viral songs, “Sessions #39” with Snow Tha Product.
Last year, Bizarrap received his first global hit when he teamed up with Residente for “Sessions #49.” The Puerto Rican rapper used the song as his tiraera against J Balvin. Bizarrap followed that up with more hits, “Sessions #51” with Villano Antillano and “Sessions #52” with Quevedo. The latter became his first to top Billboard’s Global 200 chart. He has also become the most-streamed Argentine on Spotify, with over 49.9 million monthly listeners.
Bizarrap scored the biggest hit of his year with “Sessions #53” alongside Shakira. The Colombian pop icon used the song as her diss track against her ex Gerard Piqué and his girlfriend Clara Chia Martí. With the collaboration, Bizarrap broke four Guinness World Records alongside Shakira.
Last night, Bizarrap teased his next project on Twitter. In the short clip, an Auto-Tuned voice sings in Spanish. The file name on Bizarrap’s computer reads: “Quieren Verme.” In the post’s comments, many people speculate who could be the artist featured in his next song. Most of the guesses are saying it could be Arcángel’s voice.
In responding to a fan’s Tweet, Bizarrap revealed that he’s been hard at work on this next song that’s coming. “It’s been four days in a row with only three hours of sleep,” he wrote. Earlier this month, Bizarrap performed “Sessions #53” live with Shakira on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
