Do not adjust your set: a Telfar x UGG collab is coming. Posting a video clip of himself wearing a tight black tee encrusted with a glittering, rhinestoned mash-up of the two labels’ logos, founder Telfar Clemens captioned the clip “COMING 2021: TELFAR x UGG”, and reader, it goes without saying that we are screaming.

While no further details have been released at this time, the news comes soon after it was revealed Telfar’s upcoming collaboration with GAP had been scrapped shortly after the label announced its partnership with YEEZY.

With GAP claiming it would be paying Clemens in full for his work, the designer later told the New York Times that he was “glad to be free” of the project, which he called “a vast power imbalance, perpetuated by the narrative of ‘inclusivity’ between establishment brands and independent designers of colour.”

Telfar follows in the footsteps of fellow indie labels including Eckhaus Latta and Y/Project with his upcoming collab, with Glenn Martens joining forces with the brand in 2018 to debut his now infamous thigh-high UGG boots (as worn by Rihanna, obvs). With just the tee featured in the video to go on for now, we’re hoping for a full, expansive range from Telfar: signature camel boots and all. Roll on 2021.
