Juanes Embarks on His Most Extensive North American Tour
Colombian rockstar Juanes is embarking on a new chapter of his storied career with the launch of his 30-date Juanes World Tour 2026. Kicking off on Sept. 3 in Orlando, Fla., the tour marks a significant milestone, celebrating 25 years of his solo journey. In a recent conversation for Cafecito Con, the artist shared his excitement about the scale of this production, noting, “It’s the first time I’m going to do such an extensive tour in the United States. I love opening new paths, having new goals and connecting with people.”
A Career-Spanning Celebration
The tour features a meticulously curated setlist that bridges the gap between his early classics and his most recent work. Fans can expect to hear timeless anthems such as “La Camisa Negra,” “A Dios le Pido,” “Es Por Ti,” and “Nada Valgo Sin Tu Amor,” alongside fresh tracks from his 2026 album, JuanesTeban. The singer emphasized that the show is designed to be a seamless experience, stating, “We organize everything through harmony or the BPM of each song, as if you were a DJ at a party. I love for people to go to the show and for it to be one surprise after another from beginning to end.”
Preparation and Creative Evolution
Maintaining such a rigorous touring schedule requires immense discipline. Juanes revealed that his preparation involves a daily 40-minute vocal routine, consistent guitar practice, and intensive rehearsals with his band. Beyond the music, he has collaborated with creative teams from Argentina to craft the tour’s immersive lighting, visuals, and stage design.
Reflecting on his 25-year career, the artist also touched upon the legacy of his breakthrough album, Un Día Normal, which spent an impressive 104 weeks on the Top Latin Albums chart. Whether discussing his passion for painting, his appreciation for Colombian traditions, or his creative evolution, Juanes remains deeply connected to the spirit that launched his career.
