Los Bukis Add Second Date at Historic L.A. Memorial Coliseum
Attention Los Bukis fans! You have one final opportunity to get Los Bukis tickets before the band closes their final tour. Following the success of their first sold-out Los Angeles date, the band announced a second date of their Una Historia Cantada tour at the historic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Aug. 20. It’s set to be the band’s final show at the Coliseum, a venue that they hold close to their hearts.
“To all the #Bukimania thank you very much because none of this would be possible without you!” Los Bukis posted on Instagram. “We have a new date in Los Angeles that you can’t miss this August 20th at the magnificent Memorial Coliseum.”
This particular venue means a lot to the Mexican group. According to their press release, they performed at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum 27 years ago on Aug. 5, 1995, in front of over 60,000 fans. Fast forward to now, the band is set to play at the same venue and break their own record by performing two nights at maximum capacity. What a way to commemorate their presumably last L.A. performance!
Aside from this new date, the “Tu Cárcel” group members will perform at the Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, on July 30; Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV, on Aug. 12; Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, CA, on Aug. 18; and The Gorge Amphitheater in Seattle, WA, on Aug. 26.
It goes without saying that this is one of this year’s most highly-anticipated tours. Per the same press release, the band’s last tour was the “biggest Latin tour in 2021” and won the Billboard Music Award for “Top Latin Tour.” The stats also reveal that it was the second-biggest tour globally last year.
