Gloria Estefan & Others Will Open the 22nd Latin Grammys With Three-Song Medley
The Latin GRAMMYs have announced new performers for the 22nd annual Latin GRAMMY Awards. The show, airing on November 18, is shaping up to be the best night in Latin music since the pandemic. Superstar Gloria Estefan will open the ceremony with a three-song medley joined by Anitta, Carlinhos Brown, Laércio da Costa, Pedro Capó, Farina, Giulia Be, and Diego Torres. Viewers will be treated to a three-song medley of her iconic songs “Abriendo Puertas,” “Cuando Hay Amor,” and “Magalenha.”
The show will also bring some of the biggest names in Latin music to present the awards. Ángela Aguilar, Pepe Aguilar, María Becerra, Eladio Carrión, Silvestre Dangond, Emmanuel, Joss Favela, Evaluna Montaner, Ricardo Montaner, Fito Páez, Residente, and Sofía Reyes are among the list of presenters for the night.
The new performers announced will join an exciting lineup of Latin music artists bringing the best of Latin music genres to the stage. Mon Laferte, Bad Bunny, Banda El Recodo de Cruz Lizárraga, Rubén Blades, C. Tangana, Calibre 50, Los Dos Carnales, Juanes, Maná, Ozuna, Danna Paola and, Myke Towers are also scheduled to rock the stage at the Latin GRAMMYs.
