The Kiwi Singer Benee Withdraws From The Forthcoming Festival “Yours & Owls”

We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the singer of “Find An Island” drops out of the annual music festival Yours & Owls.

As the borders between Australia and New Zealand remain closed due to the COVID19 pandemic, the rising star has withdrawn from the “Yours & Owls” festival. 

Due to the chaos created by this year’s pandemic, the festival got rescheduled from 2020 to 2021. The event is set to take place at Wollongong’s Dalton Park, between April 17 and 18. And to ensure the safety of the attendees, there will be four distinct zones.

For those who are not familiar with Yours & Owls, it an annual music festival that takes place in Down Under, Australia. It started as a coffee shop and it quickly expanded to become a concert hall featuring a line of pop gigs.

The promoter of the event, Ben Tillman stated that: “This year’s event is probably one of the most important we have staged, it is the first step in establishing that festival can be run safely in NSW, so we need our patrons’ support to help open the door for a return of mass live music gatherings.”
