Justin and Hailey Bieber Step Out in Couple’s Khaki
Justin and Hailey Bieber may have different approaches when it comes to fashion, but on occasion, they’re completely in sync. Yesterday in Beverly Hills, the pair enjoyed lunch at the legendary Italian eatery, Il Pastaio, while clad in a coordinated color palette. For Justin, the moment called for all-purpose casual and pieces from his streetwear brand Drew House. Dressed in baggy khaki slacks and a hoodie detailed with his line’s smiley face logo, the hitmaker stayed true to his preferred off-duty aesthetic. His glamorous wife opted for the dressy combination of a Saks Potts croc-stamped patent leather trench, a mustard suede hobo-bag from By Far, and a pair of beige flairs from Dries van Noten alum Meryll Rogge’s new collection.
The couple’s outfits seemed suited for different occasions on the surface, but a closer look illustrates how well-matched they are. Both chose to wear khaki trousers accented by shades of white and yellow. Their accessories also mirror each other, thanks to his and hers black masks and white sneakers. Even their final touches: golden jewelry from friend Karrueche Tran’s jewelry label, Kae, for Hailey, and a bright orange beanie for Justin, could hypothetically be swapped without disrupting the vibe.
The Biebers know their every fashion choice is watched by fans, documented by paparazzi, and reported on in the media, so they make their decisions count. As evidenced by Hailey’s recent (and informative) Seven Days, Seven Looks Vogue feature, plenty of thought goes into outfits that seem effortless in street style photos. In their matching khaki, she and Justin add a touch of cool to the much-maligned wardrobe staple while presenting a united front.
