Why Her Debut Album Was Postponed by Saweetie

There hasn’t been a release date for Saweetie’s debut album Beautiful Bitch Music in almost three years.

The “Best Friend” rapper discussed the lengthy delay and her refusal to expedite the creative process in a recent interview with E! News.

She remarked, “I’ve had a lot of unique adventures. I want to incorporate all of that into my album in the most creative and natural way possible.

She is taking her time, though, to make her music flawless. She said, “I think a debut album is not something you just put out. “You shouldn’t play with it. I occasionally enjoy overthinking because I’m a Cancer, but I think you have to be very careful with it.
