WATCH: Peso Pluma & Nicki Nicole Walk Their First Red Carpet Together
It finally happened! Peso Pluma and Nicki Nicole officially walked their first red carpet together as a couple. On Nov. 16, the lovebirds walked the 2024 Latin Grammys red carpet side by side at the Conference and Exhibition Centre (FIBES) in Seville, Spain.
After their PDA-filled concert in Mexico City, the two buzzed-about artists finally walked a red carpet together. Present media outlets captured the Mexican skyrocketing artist and the Argentinean singer/rapper taking official Latin Grammy photos together, as well as talking to the press as a couple.
During a red carpet stop with Billboard, Nicki revealed that the two have been in the studio together. She told the media outlet that they have a lot of chemistry with each other, to which Peso Pluma followed by saying that there might be surprises coming. “I think that when you mix the personal with the musical, incredible things come out. Since we care for each other so much on a personal level and we admire each other so much musically, there is a unique chemistry in the studio,” Nicki told Billboard. She also mentions that they enjoy their time in the studio.
The pair also did separate solo press stints. In an interview with Uforia, Nicki said she’s smitten with Peso and that the two are an official couple. When asked if they were official, she said: “Yeah, obviously – ah, I don’t know. I don’t want to compromise him, but yeah.”
Moreover, the two artists kissed each other in front of the cameras and on the red carpet. Later, Nicki also posted a selfie, holding the “LADY GAGA” singer’s face as he made a kissy face.
Both artists are participating in this year’s Latin Grammy Awards. Not only was Nicki up for Best Rap/Hip Hop Song for her Milo J-assisted track “DISPARA ***,” but the singer is also a presenter tonight. However, “Coco Chanel” by Bad Bunny and Eladio Carrión won the Best Rap/Hip Hop Song category.
On the other hand, Peso Pluma will be performing “Ella Baila Sola” for the first time on television with Eslabon Armado. “Ella Baila Sola” was nominated for two awards: Song of the Year and Best Regional Song. So far, Best Regional Song was awarded to Grupo Frontera and Bad Bunny’s “un X100to.”
