This Artist Broke Bad Bunny’s 3-Year Streak as Spotify’s Most-Streamed Artist
Bad Bunny is no longer Spotify’s Most-Streamed Artist Globally. On Nov. 29, Spotify unveiled its annual Wrapped data, which revealed that the Puerto Rican icon was dethroned after three consecutive years of being the most-streamed artist.
The new data notes that Taylor Swift is now the Most-Streamed Artists Globally. However, Spotify’s Most-Streamed Artist Globally’s top five artists include two Latine artists. After three consecutive years (2020-2022) as No. 1, Bad Bunny is now No. 2 on the list. The highly-anticipated list continues with The Weeknd at No. 3, Drake at No. 4, and Peso Pluma rising to No. 5. Other Latine artists on the global top 10 include Feid (No. 6) and Karol G (No. 9).
