As the awards ceremony that saw Lady Gaga hatch out of an egg she’d sat in for 72 hours, J.Lo lay the groundwork for Google Images in that Versace dress, and Cardi B show up as the modern-day Venus in straight-from-the-archives Mugler, those attending had some pretty big shoes to fill, however.
