The Internet Loses It Over Rumors of Becky G’s Fiancé Was Unfaithful
Rumors swirled online Thursday (March 23) that Becky G’s fiancé Sebastián Lletget allegedly cheated on her two months after they were engaged. The gossip was triggered by an anonymous woman on Instagram who said she had photo and video evidence that she and Lletget, a fútbol player with FC Dallas, were intimate as recently as last month.
“Sebastian, your boyfriend, cheated on you in February and I have all the proof,” the post read. “I can send them to you privately. A lot of the press is contacting me because I will not remain silent.”
The woman, who says Lletget cheated on Becky G with her, isn’t the only one who is refusing to stay silent. Whether the rumors are true or not, plenty of Becky G fans, known as Beasters, had a lot to say about the sorry situation.
Most of them wondered why anyone would ever cheat on Becky G in the first place. The word used most to describe what Lletget did: fumbled.
Others were ready to rally the troops in case the rumors turned out to be true.
There were also some Twitter users who referenced Shakira’s situation since she was also cheated on by a professional fútbol player.
Not only were Becky G fans coming together, but all women in general. Some wondered if anyone was safe from cheating men if Becky G was unable to avoid heartbreak.
Others are still holding out hope that all the chisme turns out just to be that.
