Summerfest Celebrates Latin Music with Star-Studded Lineup

With just three weeks until Summerfest kicks off, it’s time to spotlight the must-see artists. This year, out of the 140 acts hitting the stage, a vibrant lineup of Latino artists is ready to rock the festival.

Catch Mexican folk sensation Kevin Kaarl at the Miller Lite Oasis stage on Thursday, June 20 at 8:30 p.m. He’s been sweeping fans off their feet with his tunes and is a must-watch!

On the same night at 10:15 p.m., the Miller Lite Oasis stage will groove to the beats of Latin Mafia, blending reggaeton, R&B, and pop straight from Mexico City.

Mark your calendars for Ivan Cornejo at the BMO Pavilion on Saturday, July 6 at 9:30 p.m. Known for his viral hit “Dónde Estás” (Where Are You), with nearly 20 million YouTube views, he’s sure to draw a big crowd.

Luis Figueroa, who has snagged two Latin Grammy nominations, will serenade the audience at the Aurora Pavilion on Saturday, June 22 at 7 p.m.

Don’t miss Angélica García on Friday, July 5 at 4:30 p.m. at the Aurora Pavilion. Her song “Jicama,” once praised by former President Barack Obama, is bound to be a highlight.

And get ready for an all-day fiesta on Saturday, June 22 with Latin Music Day! Hosted by Telemundo Wisconsin and Aurora Health Care at the Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard, the event starts at 2 p.m. and wraps up with a Latin DJ dance party that’ll keep you moving until the stars come out.
