Sarah Jessica Parker Found Winter’s Wildest Puffer
The average winter puffer is nothing to write home about. As most are designed for function rather than style, they tend towards being nondescript. But leave it to Sarah Jessica Parker to find the wildest of the season. The Sex and the City star steers clear of dull clothing, even when temperatures drop, and this afternoon when she headed out to her eponymous store in New York City’s Seaport District, she chose statement-making outerwear. In Farm Rio’s pattern-packed “Jungle Pop” coat, Parker was impossible to miss. The reversible piece has leopard spots on one side and is covered in sketches of tropical trees and monkeys on the other. Parker opted to show off the artsy, jungle-inspired [idk some descriptor to make it clear which one was visible] motif, but she left the front of the coat open to keep the animal print visible.
The rest of her outfit—a greige sweater and matching cropped denim—appeared casual, save for her hot pink heels and neon facial mask from MasQd. The pops of color within her accessories coordinated perfectly with the coat’s vibrant prints and highlighted why the actress-turned-designer was downtown in the first place. Currently hosting a sample sale at her boutique, Parker was on hand to help customers find their perfect pair, but if they walked away with a little outwear inspiration, all the better.
