Moonlight Breakfast – Miss You

The latest track from Austrian-based Romanian synth pop outfit Moonlight Breakfast is a charming new single for song “Miss You”. Not unlike their previous few, the track resonates with a cosmic air of soaring vocals and glitchy synths. A quirky single which trickles through clunky synths and the reassuring calm of vocalist Cristina Sîia’s soothing tones, “Miss You ” is about, “Making it count like we only have today” as the band explains:

“If anything, we all need to hear, ‘Hey, everything will be OK every once in a while. The ‘Miss You’ chorus is something we’ve definitely all felt during the past 2 years. What starts off as a love song ends up being much more than that. It could easily be a song that sums up what we’ve all been feeling. Whether it’s missing someone, missing your friends, missing face to face conversations, missing dancing in a room full of people and the list is long.”
