Featuring items by Comme des Garçons, Pierre Cardin, Chanel, and more

From their early days on Full House to sitting front row at fashion week, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have proven themselves as designers, actresses, and style icons. Now, the formidable fashion duo are having a wardrobe clearout – and you’re invited.

Selling off their fashion research archive via their fashion label The Row, it’s basically the chicest clearout ever. But if you thought you were going to get a bargain, think again. The Row is known for being extremely pricey and, unsurprisingly, the archive is price on request.

Many of the items evoke the duo’s clean and minimalist style, and with pieces ranging from Pierre Cardin to Chanel, John Galliano to Yohji Yamamoto. Also featuring heavily in the archive are items by Comme des Garçons, such as a navy cut-out waistcoat, a geometrical skirt with a pin fastening, and a long-sleeved white cotton dress.

Other highlights include a navy haute couture Chanel suit with red piping and John Galliano-designed black kimono dress.

Rounding things off are a number of vintage outerwear pieces by Issey Miyake, including a 1979 oversized raincoat and a navy double-breasted reversible coat from the 1990s.
