Marc Anthony & Nadia Ferreira Share Touching Photo Announcing Birth of Their Child

Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira welcomed their first child into the world on Father’s Day (June 18). The couple confirmed the birth of the baby in a joint Instagram post where they shared a photo of the newborn.

In the black and white photo, Anthony, 54, holds the baby in his arms while Ferreira, 24, holds the baby’s tiny hand. Anthony also holds his wife’s hand. In the blurred background, Anthony can be seen smiling at his new baby.

“God’s timing is always perfect,” the post reads in English and Spanish. “Happy Father’s Day.”

Some of the couple’s Latine celebrity friends commented on the photo, including Maluma who said, “Los amo” and added a red heart emoji. Other famous Latines who wished Anthony and Ferreira congratulations were Puerto Rican singer Guaynaa, Mexican singer Carlos Rivera, Paraguayan model, and radio host Patty Orue, and more.

This is Anthony’s seventh child and Ferreira’s first. Anthony became a father for the first time in June 1994 when his then-partner, Debbie Rosado, gave birth to their daughter, Arianna, who will turn 29 this month. Anthony also shares a son, Chase, with Rosado. Anthony also has two sons, Cristian and Ryan, with Dayanara Torres, and twins, Maximilian and Emme, with Jennifer Lopez.

Anthony and Ferreira confirmed their relationship in March 2022 when they posted a photo cuddling together on a private plane. They had been seen earlier that month hugging and kissing inside a Greek restaurant in Mexico City.

Ferreira showed off an engagement ring two months later. The couple were married in a private ceremony this past January. They announced they were pregnant on social media this past Valentine’s Day.
