The rumor mill has started spinning since Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro announced the end of their engagement after a 3-year relationship. And at the center of it all are cheating allegations brought to light by internet sleuths and one particular name: Valeria Duque.

This particular cheating rumor was born after user @julianagarciaec went on a long rant on Twitter about a supposed model who was a super fan of Alejandro and how the rumor mill has started about this person being part of the disillusion of Rosalía and Alejandro’s relationship. The thread has now since been deleted.

Internet sleuths who want to know more about Duque, a 31-year-old model from Medellín, Spain, then started to scour her social media and piece together a relationship between her and Alejandro. So much so that people are apparently comparing her to Hailey Bieber after finding photos and videos online that point to Duque being a fan of the Spanish singer and Alejandro.

Hailey Bieber, wife of Justin Bieber, was said to be a big fan of her husband’s ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, before Hailey and Justin became a couple.

As the pieces started falling together, many online started questioning the timeline of Duque attending a Rauw Alejandro concert, being backstage, allegedly being friends with his managing staff, and even commenting on Rosalía’s social media posts.

Again, all of this is just rumors, but that didn’t stop people online from commenting about the possibility that Alejandro actually cheated on Rosalía. As you can imagine, the allegations didn’t sit well with fans of the Spanish superstar.

Many people were at a loss for words when the rumors started spreading online Tuesday (July 25).
