CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso Release ‘BAÑO MARÍA’ Live Visual Album from Buenos Aires
Argentinean duo CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso have unveiled a live visual album for their groundbreaking project BAÑO MARÍA. Recorded during their concert at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires on August 16, this release revisits the duo’s first full-scale performance of the album and serves as a continuation of the BAÑO MARÍA era. The live visual album became available on December 12 across streaming platforms, including YouTube, where fans can immerse themselves in the high-energy spectacle.
The concert, attended by 15,000 fans, featured some of the duo’s most notable tracks, such as “LA QUE PUEDE, PUEDE,” “BABY GANGSTA,” “DUMBAI,” “BAD B*TCH,” and “EL ÚNICO.” These tracks gained additional recognition following CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso’s appearance on NPR Music’s viral “El Tiny” desk performance earlier this year. The live show showcased their unique ability to blend experimental visuals and genre-defying music, further solidifying their reputation as innovative performers.
The concert began with a cinematic flourish, as the duo made a dramatic entrance by “floating” to the top of a circular white structure in the center of the stage, recreating Michelangelo’s iconic “Creation of Adam.” The night opened with the high-energy anthem “LA QUE PUEDE, PUEDE,” immediately setting the tone for an electrifying performance. The show also included collaborative highlights, such as a performance of “SUPERSÓNICO” with Argentinean pop sensation Lali, and “AGUA,” a track originally featuring TINI, though the singer was absent for the live rendition.
CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso maintained their signature theatricality throughout the performance, incorporating strobe lights, vibrant costumes, and gravity-defying stage antics. Their live band provided a pulsating backdrop as the duo moved seamlessly between the stage and the audience, amplifying the club-like atmosphere within the arena.
As the BAÑO MARÍA era continues, the duo has announced an extensive tour that will take them across Latin America and the United States. U.S. stops on the tour include major cities such as Philadelphia, New York, Atlanta, Miami, and Houston. Additionally, CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso are set to perform at Coachella, marking a significant milestone in their growing international presence.
This live visual album captures the essence of CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso’s artistry, blending music, performance, and visual storytelling into a cohesive experience. With their bold approach to music and performance, the duo continues to push boundaries, making BAÑO MARÍA a defining chapter in their career.
