Are You Ready for BANKS’s “The Devil”?

What a music video! Everything from the camera cuts to the incorporated storytelling techniques were excellent.

In “The Devil,” the American singer and songwriter Banks was a literal devil. She is the video meets a guy, where she scares him, humiliates him, and ends up performing rituals. She rocks the music video with her edgy personality, red outfit, and her incredible charisma apparent from facial expressions. 

The chorus of “The Devil” has hypnotic beats which hook the listener from the moment they play the song. 

Banks is not new to the scene; her projects have been topping the charts, the Billboard 200 mainly. 

“The Devil” premiered on June 16, and a large number of people have worked on making the project a reality.
