Angela Aguilar Among Stars Confirmed for 2024 Latin GRAMMY Awards in Miami

The Latin Recording Academy has confirmed an impressive lineup for the 25th Latin GRAMMY Awards, which will take place on November 14 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida. The event, set to air live at 8 PM ET/PT on Univision, UniMás, Galavisión, and ViX, promises a night of dynamic performances, with a pre-show kicking off at 7 PM ET/PT.

Among the artists set to perform are some of the biggest names in Latin music, including Angela Aguilar, Alvaro Diaz, Tiago Iorc, Quevedo, Residente, Myke Towers, Trueno, The Warning, and Leonardo Aguilar. Additionally, special appearances from international stars such as Jon Bon Jovi, Joe Jonas, and DJ Khaled add to the night’s star-studded appeal.

Angela Aguilar, known for her deep roots in regional Mexican music, will compete for Album of the Year. Alvaro Diaz, nominated for Best Reggaeton Performance and Best Urban Music Album, will bring his unique blend of Latin urban sounds to the stage. Tiago Iorc, a nominee for Best Singer-Songwriter, and Quevedo, nominated for Best Urban Song, will also perform. Residente, a prominent voice in Latin music, earned three nominations, including Album of the Year and Song of the Year, showcasing his continued influence in the industry.

The 2024 Latin GRAMMYs will also feature Myke Towers, nominated in two Best Urban Song categories, Trueno, up for Best Urban Fusion/Performance and Best Urban Music Album, and The Warning, a rock band with a nomination for Best Rock Song. This diverse lineup emphasizes the awards’ mission to celebrate the best in Latin music, across genres and regions.

The ceremony will also include performances from other well-known artists, such as Anitta, Edgar Barrera, Becky G, David Bisbal, Eladio Carrión, and DARUMAS. Fans can look forward to sets from popular acts including Alejandro Fernández, Luis Fonsi, Leonel García, Grupo Frontera, Juan Luis Guerra, Carín León, Danny Ocean, Sílvia Pérez Cruz, Carlos Rivera, Elena Rose, Ela Taubert, and Kali Uchis. This year’s Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year, Carlos Vives, will take the stage as well, joined by previous nominees Pitbull and Reik.

Prior to the main event, the Latin GRAMMY Premiere will honor many of this year’s winners. Hosted by nominees María Becerra, Juliana, and Luísa Sonza, the Premiere will feature additional performances from Ale Acosta, Alok, Valeria Castro, Deorro, Fonseca, Leonel García, Grupo Niche, Draco Rosa, Rozalén, and Vikina.

This year’s ceremony highlights a strong mix of established and emerging talent, as well as notable international figures. With awards across a wide array of genres, the 2024 Latin GRAMMYs are set to offer a celebration of the year’s top achievements in Latin music and reflect the global appeal and diversity of Latin sounds.
