Aitana Kicks Off Her Cuarto Azul World Tour With Intimate, Emotional Show
Aitana brought together nearly 18,000 people on Saturday (May 9) at the Municipal Stadium Antonio Peroles in Almería, Spain, where she officially kicked off her Cuarto Azul World Tour. The concert marked a significant milestone for the star, blending high-energy production with deeply personal moments.
The show began with a striking visual concept: Aitana performed “6 de Febrero” from the intimacy of a bedroom, lying on a white bed atop a two-level structure in the center of the stage. Her musicians were positioned below, creating a layered, immersive experience. The stage design, which resembled an open house complete with stairs, platforms, and distinct rooms, shifted in color and atmosphere throughout the night, supported by expansive screens and dynamic lighting.
Dressed in a custom nude look by Devol Studio and personalized boots by Hispanitas, Aitana navigated between the vulnerable, intimate moments of her repertoire and high-octane pop anthems. While the setlist focused heavily on her most recent album, Cuarto Azul (2025), she also revisited pivotal tracks from her earlier career, including “Mon Amour,” “Vas a Quedarte,” and “Gran Vía.”
After performing “No Te Has Ido y Ya Te Extraño,” the Spanish star paused to address the crowd. “Welcome to our little piece of Cuarto Azul,” she said, hinting that the show would serve as a bridge between her current artistic evolution and her roots. The audience responded with fervor, particularly during hits like “Miamor” and “Las Babys,” singing along to every word.
The concert also featured spontaneous interactions, with Aitana reading signs and accepting gifts from fans. She spoke candidly about the emotional weight of her latest project. Before performing “Desde Que Ya No Hablamos,” she explained that she felt compelled to include the song because it represents “the darkest part” of the set. “Many of the songs were written while I was in Miami and feeling very sad,” she shared.
The night concluded with “Superestrella,” a massive hit that has climbed the charts on Billboard’s Hot Latin Pop Songs and Spain Songs. With the Cuarto Azul World Tour now underway, Aitana is set to tour Spain before heading to Latin America in October, with U.S. dates scheduled for November and a return to Europe in early 2027.
