Addison Rae Wore Her Bikini Bottoms Backwards and We All Missed It
Today in Addison Rae-approved bikini hacks that I’ll be attempting to copy as soon as someone invites me to their pool (GUYS? PLZ), the He’s All That star appears to have worn her bikini bottoms backwards earlier this summer.
We only know this thanks to fashion fan account @theaddisoneasterlingcloset, who sourced Addison’s bikini as being the Clover Top and Clover Bottom from Knight Swim. As you can see, the ruching is meant to be at the back of the swimsuit, though obviously wearing them backwards is a look.
More recently, Addison got creative with a simple black triangle top string bikini, flipping the top upside down so the ruching was at the top vs. the bottom.
Not sure where this particular swimsuit is from, but you can buy a similar one just about anywhere and try this out yourself if you feel compelled. Cowboy hat optional.
Addison is currently gearing up for her first foray into acting with Netflix’s He’s All That, which, by the way, features a cameo from her BFF Kourtney Kardashian. Speaking of Kourtney’s surprise appearance in the movie, Addison told Access (via People) “I thought it’d be so incredible. She’s an amazing friend of mine, amazing mentor and person. We got very fortunate that it ended up working out and I’m very thankful for her.”
She also spoke a little about their friendship, saying “I think both of us are very honest people and we like a lot of the same things. It started off with both of us just loving to workout. We were doing that together a lot.”
