Remezcla Is Joining 2024 Red Bull Culture Clash in NYC With All-Star Lineup
Get ready, New York City! Brace yourselves for the electrifying return of Red Bull Culture Clash. This year, Remezcla proudly steps into the spotlight, representing the spirit of the National Puerto Rican Day Parade with an all-star lineup featuring the likes of Nina Sky, Tony Touch, J.I, the Prince of N.Y., and a host of other dynamic acts.
Since its inception in 2010, Red Bull’s Culture Clash has been a celebration inspired by Jamaican sound system culture. This year, the stage is set for an epic showdown as four crews ignite their own platforms, drawing inspiration from the kaleidoscope of New York City’s lively parades. And here’s the kicker – it’s an event for everyone to experience firsthand. Mark your calendars for June 1, as the battleground shifts to 1 Noble St in Brooklyn, NY.
The talent on Remezcla’s stage includes “Move Ya Body” hit-makers and DJ-sister-duo Nina Sky and Puerto Rican hip-hop icon Tony Touch. Joining the fray is rising Nuyorican rapper J.I the Prince of N.Y., Puerto Rican-Panamanian DJ Bembona, and Christian Martir with Capicu!. Guests can also expect more surprise special guests and never-before-heard remixes that will keep the energy soaring throughout the competition.
The event will be rounded out by three other stages representing the LGBTQ+ Pride March (hosted by Papi Juice), the Lunar New Year Parade (hosted by Eastern Standard Times), and the West Indian Day Parade (hosted by No Long Talk).
Starting on Thursday, April 18, at 10 a.m. EST, you can purchase merch on the official website here, which will give you access to a pre-sale code. Attendees with pre-sale codes will be able to use them to buy tickets on Monday, April 22, at 10 a.m. EST. General admission tickets will be available the next day, April 23, on the DICE app here.
