Bella Hadid Takes a Winter Workout Look for a Spin

Sometimes it seems that supermodels like Bella Hadid are impervious to the cold. After all, yesterday, Hadid stepped out in New York City wearing a teeny tiny sports bra—a winter crop top, if you will—and leggings en route to a workout. (She later posted an Instagram story of herself lifting weights.) One charming styling touch here was a pair of socks that were pulled-up above her spandex. And while the look was certainly midriff-baring, she was semi covered-up thanks to an XXL black The North Face jacket. 

Hadid is right in step with The North Face jacket trend. Models can’t get enough of the style this season which has been worn by the likes of Emily Ratajkowski, Hailey Bieber, and Joan Smalls. Hadid has a few in rotation already: a green puffer jacket, as well as an MM6 zip-up that she wore to vote in October. And while the brand has certainly received a high fashion spin in the past few years thanks to Vetements and Sacai, it remains the tried-and-true cold-weather classic that goes with just about anything. Plus, it’s so warm that you can wear it right over a sports bra, a la Hadid.
